Never Apologize For Being Too Busy…
By Glen Graham | March 12, 2009

I have been so busy with work lately I have been unable to start on any new projects, or use my brand new Mac Book Pro I purchased last Thursday for “work“. The dam thing is still in the box!
When I tried to apologized to one of my newer clients whose project I had to put on hold he gave me some great advice, He said “Glen you should never apologize for being too busy, the fact that I am willing to wait is a testament to your work”. (that made my day)
The more I thought about what he said the more it made sense. People don’t mind waiting for good quality service.
For example I noticed this rundown little stand when I was walking around the other day. It was a crepes stand in the village but the line was around the corner!
What’s funny is the people on the line had smiles on their faces and did not seem annoyed at all about the wait.
I now understand the deeper meaning behind the line is something we should all strive for and not feel guilty about when we attain it… SUCCESS!!!
gaining success is the easy part keeping it now that’s the hard part. So go out there and get busy!

There is also a saying “Great things come to those who wait.” Give yourself a pat on your shoulder and keep up the great work!

Thanks Mary
I remember those days well as they are not too far behind me LOL. I too am amazed at how far I have come, a troubled young man from one of the worst housing projects in The Bronx. I am truly blessed to be alive .
How ever I owe it to my family and most importantly to my self to be the best I can be. I plan on finding out how far I can go in this life.
I love to listen to that old song by Frank Sinatra almost every day “I DiD IT MY WAY” It gets me excited so it’s funny cause nobody know that LOL
I’m gonna post the video
p.s I can’t wait til your one of my clients Mary. I’ll never for get that you were the one that introduced me to social media and networking on line. Let’s get together soon so we can build.

Oh that’s the 80/20 rule…It applies to everything…in a nutshell…20% of the people make up for 80% of your production, the other 20% of production comes from the other 80% of the people…that’s just one variation of the 80/20 rule….
Always know your numbers…they always tell the truth in Business!
